Brand Manager Kiabi Dubai About the role : The Brand Manager is responsible fordriving top line performance, full profit and loss accountability,consistent operational excellence and brand compliance across allstores.
Ensure all team members are trained and developed todeliver the business plan and sales targets. Ensure a continuousreview and update to all policies and procedures whilst ensuringcompliance with Group Internal Audit guidelines and minimisebusiness risk.
Actively develops and implements strategic businessplans to ensure a profitable business operation. The job holder isresponsible for the customer experience within all stores toreflect the brand values and customer promise. Key
Develops a global commercial strategy (short,medium and long term). Defines the store layout through all productcategories (adjacencies and product mix) according to brandguidelines.
Ensure all team members are trained and developed todeliver the business plan and sales targets. Financial &Business Planning Own and develop the brand operations strategy(Strategic Plan).
Construct, implement, monitor and control theapproved budget and operational costs for all stores. Enforcecompany operating procedures to maintain accurate inventory, systemintegrity and profit protection across all stores.
Drive costsaving initiatives and efficiencies throughout retail operations bychallenging existing processes. Working alongside Senior HRBP toensure manpower costs are closely monitored and productivity levelsmaximised.
Review and where necessary revise and or amend thestandard operating procedures as per business requirement and inline with Group Internal Audit.
Review all internal audit reportswhen published and support the store manager in compilingrecommendations and updates to Group Internal Audit.
Working alongsideSenior HRBP to deliver targeted people solutions to enhanceemployee engagement and compliance to HR policies and locallegislation.
Coach and mentor all store managers and ensure robustsuccession and training plans are in place for each store. Evaluateand develop all high potential employees.
Act as a role model forthe Al-Futtaim Way and brand specific behaviours Corporate& Brand Promote brand and corporate values throughout theoperations team.
Ensure consistent ways of working across allstores. Ensure stores comply with all legislation, regulation andcorporate governance.
In partnership withthe brand, work with the principle to resolve issues and deliveropportunities for the delivery of current and future commercialpriorities.
Business Growth & New Markets Managing marketentry and store opening projects with corporate and principalprovided resources, ensuring compliance to legislation and brandrequirements.
Responsible for all strategic operational plansincluding new territories About the person : Minimum Qualificationsand Knowledge : College or University level graduate.
