Web Growth Manager
The Demand Generation team at Unifonic is seeking a product-driven Web Growth Manager to be responsible for the conception and execution of all web growth strategies for Unifonic.
com and other supporting web properties. This includes web campaigns and initiatives that primarily focus on driving leads or revenue to our business.
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, and you will play a pivotal role in Unifonic’s growth by developing, executing and managing a strategic web roadmap including but not limited to activities such as development sprints, conversion rate optimisation tests and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) initiatives.
In addition to managing all web growth strategies, you will own the relevant systems and processes used to generate insights and tangible business recommendations to constantly iterate on and optimise Unifonic’s web channels.
The ideal candidate should be a data-driven individual with a proven track record in building and managing a web strategy team in a hyper-growth environment.
The role will build and manage a team and collaborate closely with business leadership regionally and globally to achieve commercial objectives.
The responsibilities of the Web Growth Manager include but are not limited to :
Own, develop and execute a strategic web roadmap that prioritises lead generation and revenue across Unifonic’s product lines
Work with marketing insights to define audience strategy and collaborate with visual design stakeholders to create a web experience that converts the relevant audience segments into paying customers
Map user journeys, plan web content hierarchies and develop high-level wireframes
Ensure that Unifonic.com represents the Unifonic brand accurately, and provides an excellent web experience for prospects and customers alike
Create clear web project briefs that include goals, objectives, KPI values, target personas, core benefits and value propositions
Work closely and share learnings with the Performance Marketing team to iterate on and optimise on-site conversion rates in a data-driven approach using conversion optimisation principles
Communicate strategic recommendations, plans and performance to marketing leadership and key stakeholders, including clearly outlined digital strategies and tactics
Partner with the analytics and insights team to define, scope and build Unifonic’s marketing technology stack in order to drive program optimisation and automation
Act as a thought leader to the marketing team, helping to define where, when and how web growth fits into Unifonic’s overall marketing strategy
Hands-on 5+ years experience scaling product, growth, or web strategy teams in a fast-paced digital environment
Experience working with SaaS or CPaaS businesses and / or digital marketing agency
Proficient understanding of website UX and conversion optimisation principles
English speaker with superb written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to leadership teams
Good commercial acumen with a bias for tangible action and results
Experience collaborating with analytics and insights teams to advance marketing technology and measurement capabilities
