Job KeyDetails :

Handle the customer serviceinbox and reply to queries in a timely manner

Respondto incoming telephone calls

Maintain the filingsystems

Request, collect and maintain officesupplies

Preserve office hygiene standards

Make sure all visitors are assisted promptly and in a professionalmanner

Prepare letters, memos, e-mails as well asreports

Reply to customer queries

Handleall admin and operational issues

Any other related roleas required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a relevant Degree or Diploma

At least2-5 years of experience in the same field

Should besmart, presentable and confident with great interpersonalskills

Competency in Ms Office suite required

Ability to multitask and manage tasks effectively

Good communication and interpersonal skills
