Very organised and detail-oriented. As a traffic / project manager, you will be expected to lead people and teams under tight deadlines and will need to be cool under pressure.
You should be a people-person, as much of your daily duties will revolve around interaction with different members of each department.
You should be good at problem-solving, and also be proficient in traffic management software. - Assign tasks and check the statuses of outstanding tasks - Conduct a daily morning meeting to go over items / tasks assigned and due for the day and determine if there are any roadblocks - Communicate any issues with the team and the clients servicing department - Conduct weekly job status meetings to gather and share information with Account Executives and the rest of the team - Initiate new jobs for the client and create timelines and tasks for the work to be done - Review the timeline with the Account Manager to get client approval - Submit job to accounting for invoicing when appropriate Job Type : Full-time Experience :
