At PepsiCo Middle East and North Africa people from different backgrounds and experiences eagerly roll up their sleeves pitch in and get to work We share a desire to succeed and to win We get great satisfaction knowing that our ideas are not only championed but they are acted upon and brought to life Our commitment to creating the best consumer products begins with our people Based at our Middle East and North Africa head office in Dubai your role will be to deliver the Corporate Affairs agenda in its full scope by developing and executing an annual operating plan that enables PepsiCo to build proactive partnerships and thought leadership with the community government media employees and any other group impacting PepsiCos ability to operate favourably and that can help advance or defend corporate reputation managing issues and creating competitive opportunities for the company Key accountabilities for the role include Develop and execute a Corporate Communication strategic business plan for MENA with a focus on GCC Step up executive communication driving visibility and thought leadership on PepsiCos Performance with Purpose agenda with key stakeholders Represent and lead external engagements for PepsiCo with external stakeholders in collaboration with other functions Oversee and execute all Public Relations activities and internal corporate communications events both for brands and corporate Own and drive the purpose strategy in key markets and build proactive partnerships to drive purpose and execute new programs PR and branding agency management Own and drive internal communication agenda in partnership with HR Work closely with MEA Corporate Affairs Director to step up PR standards and drive streamlining and consistency in communications execution Help build capabilities Own brand PR and work closely with region brand PR lead to execute multiple campaigns in key markets covered Handle corporate Issues and Crisis communication for countries covered Measurement and evaluation and reporting for all activities Skills Knowledge and Experience Requirements Ability to work with a multitude of stakeholders and teams across different geographies Excellent strategic thinking planning commercial acumen and communication skillsStrong Arabic language skills 7 years experience in corporate affairs communications public relations fields with strong experience Exhibit strong leadership and drive as well as collaboration skills Highly tactful and diplomatic personality Apply now and our recruitment team will be in contact Our Commitment is to deliver Sustained Growth through Empowered People acting with Responsibility and Trust Apply
