About the Role

To maximise sales by ensuring correct seasonal planning in conjunction with the Brand Team, by ensuring efficient planning and reporting mechanism are in place acorss the business.

Ensure brand teams and stores are fully aligned to their Sales / Margin bugets along with OTB's.

Key Role Specific Accountabilities :

  • Generate Sales and Margin reports on a periodic basis to ensure that all brands / stores are achieveing their budgets.
  • Support the Planing team with the accuracy of data for preparing and maintaing planning tools and OTB files
  • Collate stock details for promotions planning across regions and maintain the database.
  • Maintain and update all weekly and monthly stock reports with ageing.
  • Maintain clear pricing structure and sesonality of product at line level, to ensure and effective markdown strategy and sellthru optimization
  • Regularly review the fulfilment plan by product group to ensure options, ratios, and depth of stock are in place and in line with the space and option planning.
  • Review and manage new store / existing store capacities to manage optimum stock levels in the stores
  • Assist Planning team with SAP / BI Tools, closely working with MIS team and the central EIT team
  • Through consistent and frequent liaison build a rapport with Brand and store teams to ensure effective line of communication
  • About You

    Education : Graduate and above

    Minimum Experience and Knowledge : 3+ years of previous experience in similar role within a Retail environment

    Job-Specific Skill : Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point along with working knowledge of SAP ( Retail)
