A Busgirl / Busboy is responsible to assist theBartenders, Waiters and Waitresses in the serving and clearing offood and beverage orders, providing the highest degree of guestsatisfaction and maintaining work stations and Food and Beverageoutlets in order.
To assist in all ways to provide the highestdegree of guest satisfaction.
What will I be doing?
As a Busgirl / Busboy, youwill be responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, andefficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Memberexperience.
A Bar Boy will also be required to have extensiveknowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsiblefor performing the following tasks to the higheststandards :
Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficientmanner
Ensure knowledge of menu and allproducts
Follow correct reporting proceduresif faced with issues
Practice Hilton Groomingstandards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personalhygiene
Assists callers courteously andpromptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible andaccurate passing them on to the appropriate person withoutdelay
Efficiently completes opening, closingand other side duties
Maintains all equipmentin a clean and polished fashion as required
Ensures that required chemicals for duty arerequisitioned and available for usage
Ensuresthat bars are sanitized and spotless before completion ofduties
Replenishes bar supplies such asliquor, fruit, ice and dishes
Comply withhotel security, fire regulations and all health and safetylegislation

Ability to grasp, lift and / or carry, or otherwise,transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
