Job Role : Leasing Administrator

Job Key Details :

  • Monitor all the cars leased by thecompany
  • Keep up an up to date lease assetregister
  • Supervise completion of all necessarypaperwork and ensure proper customer services
  • Create a detailed schedule with planned customer visitsand prepare reports on findings or outcomes of the saidvisits
  • Organize files to make sure allinformation is appropriately documented and secured
  • Make sure the lease contract goals are met while adheringto approved budgets
  • Assist in processing theleases to ensure all the information is accurate and logged onto adatabase
  • Any other related task as may berequired
  • Job Qualifications andExperience

  • Degree or Diploma inBusiness Administration, Business Administration or itsequivalent
  • At least 2+ years of experience inthe same field
  • Must well organized with astrong ability to pay attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
  • Good customer serviceabilities
  • Expertise in Ms Officesuite
  • Must have very good Englishskills
