Pressure Pumping to join the team in Dubai UAE The role is key position in developing and meeting Product Line growth targets and linking these with Region Director -

Sales Marketing Operations The role will maintain a perspective on Product Lines growth opportunities and interact with the Region by applying regional knowledge skills to develop winning strategies Essential Responsibilities Responsible for revenue and market share growth together with Product Line Leads Region Teams Supporting FP A weekly Flash SII plan to Actual develop revenue FM pathways to meet targets Communicate clearly the progress of monthly quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Overall ownership of achieving exceeding OFS billing and collections goals in partnership with the PL Leads and customer service teams Commercial excellence Deal Machine Responsible for accuracy of the country pipeline and key deals Ownership of country key strategic opportunities Pacing data accuracy Management of opportunity closure Ensure all opportunities are in compliance with risk approvals as per DoA Manage SAS eTAM Rystad data and ensures region alignment Ensure the SAS TAM systems are updated quarterly with actual market share data Validates accuracy with industry recognized tools Spears Rystad Prepares country SII Plan market data with all stakeholders Responsible for the country proposal development contracting negotiations and execution Pricing Upsell etc Develops executes business growth strategies in partnership with region leadership Price modelling and Smart Tendering Sell value to secure wins Implements Xaitporter as part of all region tender process standards Build customer engagement and intimacy to identify the strategic customers business drivers Drives consistent Sales processes commercial intensity across the country Manage country upsell strategies and new Product Revenue NPI targets Development of Sales Force Manage employees development as per the global sales development programs Develop Commercial Operation Talent to enhance BHGE commercial acumen Qualifications Requirements Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college Minimum of 7 additional years of experience in Sales Origination Desired Characteristics Establishes and maintains close working relationships with Product Line leads the commercial organization Account Leads Liaise with all other Products companies and Global Ops leaders in country as needed on behalf of OFS Act as the OFS senior leader on the ground both internally and externally Actively engage and promote BHGE GPE Geoscience Petroleum Engineering capabilities Single point of collaboration on the ground for all our OFS PL leaders and OFS support functions Coordinates the Process of Technical papers submission for Regional main events e g MEOS IPTC Geo SPWLA ADIPEC SPE Communicate key service delivery issues impacting operations and managing local customer interaction Manage escalation process as needed Drive one OFS strategy in the country Own the overall country performance KPIs Drives Consistent HSE standards cross PLProfile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : Company BAKER HUGHES Industry Oil Gas Power Energy Oil Gas Exploration Production
