To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our team members by maintaining the effectiveness of the day-to-day Kids Club operations, enhancing guest experience by being a key point of contact for guest interaction at the Kids Club and Hotel.
This position also assists the additional administrative functions listed below.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet guests and owners upon arrival, always maintain a professional, efficient and friendly image,
Check presentation area, waiting lounge and reception area to make sure things are neat and orderly at all times,
Assist in answering a busy multi-line phone system, transfer calls and take messages,
When asked, enter guest and owner information into the computer, checking for accuracy,
Take care of guests and owners’ children throughout the presentation,
Ensure hygiene standards of Kid Club are maintained at all time,
Ensure children are taken care with full attention under secure environment.
Must possess good communication and customer service skills,
Must be able to handle a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties,
Must be able to complete duties in a timely manner and be able to function in a fast paced environment,
Must possess a good telephone manner.
High school graduate A Minimum of six months to one year related education and training / experience; plus business and / or administrative education.
