Develop strategicdirection and plans for the company with regard to all commercialfunctions including sales, marketing, business development andcustomer support / customer experience.
Managesales operations organization, field sales organization, andmanufacturer’s agents, distributors andvalue-added-resellers to ensure sales targets are met orexceeded.
Develop annual marketing plans perregion and per market verticals.
Manage salespipeline to ensure accurate and adequate lead inflow to reachtargeted sales objectives.
Develop andmaintain initiatives in order to achieve up to date competitiveanalysis portfolio. Interact with the sales operations teams toensure a smooth flow through process in the CRM system from theoutset to the closing stage.
