Is directly responsible for the day to day key processes in his / her area of work
Assists his / her supervisor in executing the day to day operational requirements

Maintain a supportive and communicative relationship with Spa management.
Contribute to a healthy and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Achieve monthly given retail targets and maintain the consistency to be an exemplary professional therapist
Performs any additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years previous experience in a 5* luxury, fast paced environment.
Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis.
Excellent communication skills for both guest and employee interactions.
Strong desire to take a proactive approach to understanding the needs and desires of our guests.
Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.
