Areas ofResponsibility :

  • Review and develop HR processes to ensure compliance andefficiency across all projects
  • Ensurecompensation and benefits plans are cost-effective, competitive andaligned with company strategy
  • Motivate andsupport current staff through implementation of employee engagementinitiatives and plans
  • Regularly evaluate theorganization’s pay structure in line with markettrends
  • Advise and support managers withemployee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance andredundancies
  • Act as signatory for daily HRoperational requirements i.e. documents / letters
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirementsrelated to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risksand ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Partnerswith the legal / compliance department as needed
  • Regularly liaise with in-country HR / Administrationmanagers to ensure best practice
  • Providingdirection and insight : Engage your key internal stakeholders byproviding clarity of business plan goals through regularcommunication on a one to one and group basis
  • Partner with the Finance Department to ensure the higheststandards of payroll administration
  • Ensureoversight of all annual leave utilization and effective businesscontinuity
  • Supervise immigration processes foremployment visas, and permanent residents for different countries,analyse complex immigration matters and effectively communicatesolutions in collaboration with outside immigrationcounsel
