What you willdo :
Ensurecustomer and cross sell portfolio metrics are achieved throughdesign & delivery of effective customer propositions,particularly focused on Mass customer segment and bundling ofproducts as relevant.
Ensure portfolio metrics are achieved through effectiveend-to-end portfolio lifecycle / digitization / processmanagement.
Inconjunction with HOP & Segment owners, facilitate andestablish the PBG Customer portfolio management strategy.
Create and build ourfuture customer value propositions and experiences which willultimately grow customer cross sell and engagement with FAB.
Lead the FAB Enterprisewide Customer Loyalty program ongoing strategy anddelivery.
PBG lead for new Customer Relationship ManagementGroup FAB wide project ensuring PBG business requirements arearticulated and delivered.
Own the Mass segment propositions programs andmanagement of end to end risks.
Leverage end use cases like next best customeroffers & leads management based on data andinsights.
Work with stakeholders, including Credit, Data and Product, to architectand deliver agreed relevant customer propositions based onbehavioral insights that add commercial bottom line outcomesincluding product bundling, cross sell, pricing optimizationrecommendations to attain market leading positions in customer Masssegment.
Lead acustomer insights culture by transforming how we worktogether / business processes with informed data, analytics, customerresearch & human centered design.
Design and build ongoing competitivesurveillance.
