Responsibilities1. Define, maintain, and evolve the overall content creators / influencer relations strategy2. Develop new partner opportunities by researching and identifying potential partnerships media and organizations partners.
Manage strategy, implementation and optimization of TikTok's strategic partnerships with media partners and individuals creators3.
Identify and prioritise creator segments that can thrive on our platform, crafting an effective strategic plan to develop these partners with a solid value proposition for the long-term4.
Work with colleagues across different regions to coordinate on key industry opportunities5. Work with relevant internal teams to ensure that TikTok is prioritizing partner input in relevant product and policyQualifications1.
Ability to speak and write Urdu fluently2. 5+ years experience media and / or digital industry, with a focus on digital initiatives and influencers / celebrity partnerships management.
Existing relationships with premium influencers / creator / celebrities and agencies will be preferred3. BA or BS in Marketing, communications or related subject, or equivalent combination of education and experience4.
Deep passion for TikTok and mobile entertainment 5. Highly data-sensitive. Ability to quickly identify problems, thoroughly analyze them and deliver feasible solutions6.
Able to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
