As a fundamentalmember of the Performance Marketing Team, you will play asignificant role in contributing to the growth and success ofVezeeta.

Develop & manage automated triggered,lifecycle and ad hoc email campaigns to continuously improveonboarding, engagement, and retention of VezeetaPatients
Serve as CRM expert in Patients userexperiences, tooling and communication optimizations.
Own project management and cross-functional campaigndevelopment workflow with Country Marketing, Product, Engineering,Analytics, Data Science Teams
Translatebusiness goals into accurate delivery requirements, including butnot limited to : specifying required data, segmentation &targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements
Initiate and conduct in-depth user data analyses andexperimentation that will directly impact strategy and the programroadmap
Articulate and present data analysesand learnings effectively to the team and to keystakeholders
Own comprehensive daily, weekly,monthly reporting of all Patients engagement KPIs & buildthe right dashboards to track and socialize performance
Operate as a subject matter expert on all systems relatedto Patients and CRM to drive smooth execution andoptimization
What We’re LookingFor
4-6+ years ofrelevant ecommerce / email marketing experience.
Deep understanding of CRM strategy and management, withstrong interest in how it works under thehood (i.e. tracking, marketing tech stack,tooling)
Results-driven marketer with provenquantitative and analytical skills; should be extremely comfortablewith Excel (functions, pivots, etc.
and reporting tools likeTableau. SQL skills a plus.
Creativeproblem-solving skills with focus on efficient execution whilebalancing big-picture thinking
Highlyproactive & independent, always looking for ways to takeinitiative and improve existing programs / processes.
Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player andcomfortable partnering with a variety of teams from Engineering toDesign
Exceptional project management andorganization skills, with a keen eye for detail, requiring minimalsupervision
Eye for user flow & visualdesign
Must exhibit superb verbal and writtencommunication skills with a high degree of comfort interpretingresults and communicating insights effectively
Passion for CRM and user engagement
Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurialspirit
Agency management experience aplus
