Recruitment Officer performs selection & hiring functions in the HR department, handling complex recruitment functions such as Manpower Planning, Manpower Budgeting, Vacancy Management, HR Marketing, Internal / External Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Telephonic & Personal Interviewing, Assessments, Selection, Employment Offering, On-Boarding, Induction, Probationary Evaluation, Confirmation, Talent Management, Retention and Separation.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Portray good command of concise planning to meet the company's recruitment demands.
Establish a sound sourcing and recruitment plan to funnel high-skilled individuals for required vacancies. Discuss existing organizational requirements to conduct an efficient talent hiring process.
Work with concerned managements to develop accurate job profile descriptions as per requirements. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
Provide operational support to various HR functions & projects. Provide accurate and timely advice to candidates on all aspects of the onboarding process.
Stay up to date with changes in UAE Labour laws that impact recruitment and accordingly notify the HR Manager for revisions and updates.
Enhance the recruitment performance through effective application of HR best practices. Produce complicated & in-depth recruitment statistics & reports based on the management request.
Undertake any other reasonable request made by Management or the HR Manager.
