Emirates Flight Catering employs 5,400 staff and provides in-flight catering and support services for airlines at Dubai International Airport.
The new catering facility dedicated to service the flights of Emirates Airline is now fully operational. This facility has a design capacity of 115,000 meal tray set-
ups per day and features high levels of automation, including an electric monorail system for transporting meal carts, a bin conveyor system to transport equipment, and a vacuum system for the disposal of waste from all areas of the building.
The existing catering facility will remain operational for all other airline clients.
This role is responsible for the consistent implementation and application of recruitment strategies, policies and procedures in a bulk recruitment environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment best practice and continuous improvement by implementing pro-
active recruitment initiatives that add value to the business. The primary responsibilities will be to facilitate recruitment, screen / interview candidates and generate offer letters, process visa applications, coordinate medicals, manpower planning and reporting and other recruitment administrative duties.
Ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, working knowledge of legislative framework that governs recruitment and HR activities, experience in bulk recruitment, strong administrative skills and a proactive attitude.
