Scope of Work 1. Manage and operate the Supplier Support Help Desk fduring the Company Working days 2. The Supplier will handle all calls and emails received and must respond and Close 95% of Calls / Enquiries within 5 Calendar Days from receiving the enquiry.
3. Communicate in a professional manner by receiving all the calls, online tickets & emails. 4. Adapt to the suppliers thoughts and feelings and respond to make each compliant comfortable and satisfactory with clear and timely replies.
5. Ensure proper follow up & investigation with the concerned Units / Departments in case there is a supplier grievance or issue in the respective group company.
6. Prepare and provide weekly and monthly reports with the major concerns raised, customer satisfaction index reports, timelines delivered and other ad hoc reports as requested.
7. Provide on job training to Company Staff to handle all the functions in the Reception / Help Desk. 8. Expert on Procurement Function operation and aware of procurement tendering cycle and In Country Value Process Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Experience :
