Job Duties and Responsibilities :
o Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
o Receive payment and record receipts for services.
o Hear and resolve complaints from customers .
o Filing and maintain records
o Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer,
o Scheduling appointments, and maintain and update appointment calendars.
o Analyze data to determine answers to questions from customers or members of the public.
o Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
o Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
o Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents
o Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.
o Perform duties such as taking care of plants and straightening magazines to maintain lobby or reception area
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
o Bachelor's degree business administration or a related field.
o Customer Service Certificate.
o Fresh or 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
