Communicate with all repeatedcustomers / potential customers / consultants / end users, in thespecific territory assigned by his ASM, to promote KirbyBusiness.
Receive customers inquiry forbidding, study, prepare QRF& sketches, and communicate withthe engineering / estimation department to get it priced
Prepare the offer and follow up with his customers tonegotiate / modify the offer until he closes the deal withinKirby'
s standard contract terms (Contract to be signed byASM).
Communicate with Kirby management (Sending DAF / E-mails) after consulting his ASM to get furtherdiscount on selling price if needed- and any specialapproval on delivery / payment terms / any other non-standardterms.
Prepare all entry documents for the neworders, review with his ASM, and send to PMG / Credit
Follow up with PMG / Credit Engineering / and all otherdepartments if needed- to ensure releasing the job forproduction and shipment after getting necessary approvals fromKirby’s customer.
Provideafter-sales services to Kirby customers until the buildings arecompletely erected.
Assist his sales managerin preparing the weekly / monthly sales / job reports.
Collect all possible information about Kirby'scompetition from the market.
Perform otheradministrative duties for Kirby's operation (outsideKuwait) as may be assigned by his Sales Manager.

MinimumExperience & Essential Knowledge
Bachelor in Civil Engineering
Goodcommand of English is a must in addition to Arabic.
Good knowledge of computer applications (MS, SAP,Internet) and any additional software like (Auto-Cad, STAAD, Anyplanning software) is preferred.
