The job holder isresponsible for Watsons’ website on product content andonline promotional activities across multiple categories and Appthat focuses on the selling of health and beauty products.
The jobholder will also be accountable for generating an augmentedcustomer experience and to develop and execute the Watsons brandimage (DNA) into the market and provide a unique digital consumerexperience.
Monitor web analytics as per principleguidelines
Work on Improvement plans toenhance customer experience
Incorporate BestPractices online to ensure online to offline flow.
Manages Online Merchandising CategoryListing
Prepare reports and analyze conversionnumbers
Demand Management (from Salesinsights)
Develop SEO (search engineoptimization) and pay-per-click (PPC) Strategy / MarketingPlans
Keep Ecom site exciting and alive (Banners,Blogs)
Building strong relationship withinternal and external teams, especially the Buying and other brandteams
About theperson :
Minimum Qualifications andKnowledge :
Range / category experience or previous company experienceat the same level
Good planning,organizational and prioritization skills
Highly operational, with an understanding of retailprocesses
Strong analytical and numericalskills someone who quickly grasps the key drivers ofthe fast Beauty and Skin care market
Minimum Experience :
Graduate or Graduate caliber with at least 2 4 years of experience in similar position in aCommercial role, preferably in Health & Beauty
Good workingknowledge of MS Office
Good working knowledge / experienced user of an eCommerce content managementsystem
