Job Role : Assistant BiddingManager
Conduct need analysis, develop bidding process and managethe process including improvements
Analyse RFP& project site requirements and establish clarity in scopeamong other stakeholders
Review clientcommercial terms, identify other specific risks, conduct Bid-No-Biddiscussions
Conduct technical and commercialnegotiations with other in-house service providers and servicepartners to support winning
Manage all pre& post tender communications andclarifications / revisions
Engage otherstakeholders such as Operations, Finance, Human Capital &Procurement in the process of developing winning solutions and riskidentification / mitigation approaches
Executedetailed, accurate & optimised price estimation and conductreviews with other stakeholders such as Operations, Financeetc.
Project company overall capability in themarket place, manage work winning process by effective technical& commercial submissions
Coordinatewith clients and other internal stakeholders & enablecontract formation is executed within specifiedtimelines
Manage business continuity byproviding commercial support in terms of pricing, applying changedelivery models and negotiations with clients
Bidding Process, periodic improvements of tools / templates& audit compliance
Tendernotifications & RFP summary Bid-No-Bid discussions,Optimised service solutions & cost savings
Formalised communications that cover operational risksDevelopment of project specific winning strategy
Competitive prices & internal approvalsQualifying Technical submission, competitive prices &presentations to clients Contract Agreements Timely renewal ofcontracts
RequiredEducation, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors / PG Diploma / PG Degree from arecognized institute is a must.
Relevantprofessional certification is a must.
Salary : AED14,000.00 to AED16,000.00 / month
