Job summary - Assist the Recruitment Manager to ensure the effective implementation of the manpower plan and timely recruitment as per the divisional and business needs Source interview and screen applicants to fill existing future entry and mid level job openings Principle Responsibilities Sourcing Planning and Coordinating -

Coordinate with different sources to attract most suitable candidates as per the jobs requirements - Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer databases networking Internet recruiting resources cold calls media recruiting firms and employee referrals -

Coordinate interviews and communicate to selected interviewees - Coordinate and liaise with applicants regarding assessment centers psychometric testing etc Conducting Interviews -

Conduct the interviews as per the requirements Documenting Administering and Reporting - Complete and follow-up all formalities and necessary documentation between new joiners and update the system reports accordingly as per the recruitment plan -

Ensure the joining checklist is completed - Ensure the new employees file open and receive all documents from the applicants passport copies certificates other documents etc are available as received from PR Coordinator -

Ensure that new joiners are timely encoded in ERP Preparing Offer Letters - Prepare offer letters and contracts in alignment with Employee Services Manager -

Maintain timely payments to the recruitment agencies - Prepare ad hoc reports and letters whenever needed - Undertake ad hoc projects under the direction of the Employee Services Manager Education Experience and Skills -

Bachelors Degree of equivalent preferable with HR Certificate - 2-3 years experience in recruitment and selection - FMCG experience is desirable -

Good report writing - Attention to detail - Verbal and written expression - Human Resources interviewing skills - Familiarity with the concepts-

Skills knowledge attitude and abilities - Interviewing skills and Interpersonal communication skills with all levels across the organization -
