This role holder isresponsible for managing and retaining customers with the effectiveuse of retention tools. The role holder is also responsible forunderstanding client needs and issues and raising the points tomanagement in order to support the development of retentionprograms.
Facing the customerin the branch and assist the customer in filling out theapplications / forms.
Collect different document fromthe customer and ensure the correctness / validity of the documentsprovided by the customers.
Verify the original seendocument.
Explain to the customer the approvalsdetails
Submit the cases in CASsystem
Ensure that all cases are log and updatedin department MIS(LOG)
Ability to meet theindividual / Team Goals
Ensure that credit policies andprocedures are adhered to.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance,Banking, Business Management or a related major field of study isrequired. 2-3year of experience in banking or similarexperience
Proficiency in MSOffice
Good understanding of banking industrytrends in the local market
Good market awareness of productrange and pricing
