A Hostess is responsible for seating guestsand managing table set-ups to deliver an excellent Guest and TeamMember experience while working to achieve departmentaltargets.
What will I be doing?
As a Hostess, you areresponsible for seating guests and managing table set-ups todeliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience.
A Hostessost will also be required to work in all areas of Food and Beverageand strive to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you willbe responsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards :
Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
Coordinate seating for customers
Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
Manage table set-ups
Able to work inall areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, RoomService and Conference and Events
Follow cashhandling procedures
Manage guest queries in atimely and efficient manner
Ensure complianceof brand standards
Strive to achievedepartmental targets
Ensure cleanliness ofwork areas
Comply with hotel security, fireregulations and all health and safety legislation
Comply with local licensing laws
Assist other departmentswherever necessary and maintain good workingrelationships
