Job Role : Admin Manager

Job Details :

  • Prepare reports, develop and maintain appropriate filling system.
  • Manage office supplies of stationery and other necessary items maintain records for the same.
  • Efficient in calendar management prioritizing, updating and ensuring the meetings happen in efficient manner.
  • Responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees.
  • Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, office boys and security.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Graduate holder.
  • Eight years experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in English.
