POSITIONSUMMARY

Run sold room reports,verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize roomcleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.

AssistHousekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as aliaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering,Front Office, and Laundry.

Document and resolve issues withdiscrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare and distribute roomassignments to Housekeeping staff.

  • Record, monitor, and update listof Do Not Disturb' rooms. Ensure that vacantdirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time and assign rush roomsand rooms previously on the Do Not Disturb'
  • list. Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.

  • Follow all company and safety and security policies andprocedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards,accidents, or injuries;
  • complete safety training andcertifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are cleanand professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation;
  • protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge allguests according to company standards; anticipate and addressguests’ service needs;
  • thank guests with genuineappreciation. Ensure adherence to quality expectations andstandards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers;
  • support team to reach common goals; listen and respondappropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with othersusing clear and professional language;
  • prepare and review writtendocuments accurately and completely. Enter and locate work-relatedinformation using computers.

    Stand, sit, or walk for an extendedperiod of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objectsweighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

    Perform other reasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.
