To formulate sales strategies and implement them.
To follow up on strategies in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
To utilize your relationships and all necessary resources to source and deliver new projects for the Company, to develop new client relationships, to maintain and expand existing clients.
To work with management in setting sales targets and be responsible for achieving them
To review inquires for project received from clients and to prepare replies and quotations after discussing with project estimator and management.
To follow up on the quotations submitted and keep contact with clients and answer their quires to conclude the business.
To keep performance record of quotations and submit monthly reports to the management.
To keep track of industry’s market with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers etc.
To ensure that all marketing documents and content (including the Company website) are maintained and continually updated as new projects are completed.
Traveling within the region to develop new business, meet with clients, and, if required, establish operations for the Company in new markets.
Other responsibilities that may be directly assigned to you by the Company.

3-5 years minimum experience in a sales / business development / client servicing role in the UAE
Experience in the construction / fitout / events industries preferred
Existing database of relevant clients preferred
Fluent in Arabic and English
Dynamic character, driven and highly motivated to close sales deals
