  • To formulate sales strategies and implement them.
  • To follow up on strategies in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • To utilize your relationships and all necessary resources to source and deliver new projects for the Company, to develop new client relationships, to maintain and expand existing clients.
  • To work with management in setting sales targets and be responsible for achieving them
  • To review inquires for project received from clients and to prepare replies and quotations after discussing with project estimator and management.
  • To follow up on the quotations submitted and keep contact with clients and answer their quires to conclude the business.
  • To keep performance record of quotations and submit monthly reports to the management.
  • To keep track of industry’s market with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers etc.
  • To ensure that all marketing documents and content (including the Company website) are maintained and continually updated as new projects are completed.
  • Traveling within the region to develop new business, meet with clients, and, if required, establish operations for the Company in new markets.
  • Other responsibilities that may be directly assigned to you by the Company.
  • To Complete and close sales opportunities at all times.
  • To be prompt and fast in following up all client’s inquiries.
  • To be professional and focused in dealing with clients for all types of projects.
  • To always have a sense of responsibility towards the sales target and company.
  • To excel and achieve beyond what is required.
  • To be able to multitask and stay beyond hours to finished assigned tasks.
  • Behavior and attitude towards line manager and team to be professional and friendly.
  • To be punctual and on time.
  • To execute tasks and assist in all team given work.
  • To be proactive and find solutions.
  • To meet deadlines and submissions.
  • To have knowledge in tender submissions & Document preparations
  • To be organized and task oriented.
  • To keep confidential information and bids and sales of the company
  • To put company and team interest first
  • To be active and sales aggressive.
  • Bring sales and close existing ones.
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in a sales / business development / client servicing role in the UAE
  • Experience in the construction / fitout / events industries preferred
  • Existing database of relevant clients preferred
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Dynamic character, driven and highly motivated to close sales deals
