Key Responsibilities :

  • Invite quotations, verify and complete purchaserequisitions for approval.
  • Maintain and reviewfrom time to time an efficient and effective supplier base thatbest supports the business and operational requirements.
  • Negotiable and maintain good relationships with allsuppliers to obtain best pricing.
  • Prepare andfollow up purchase orders and expedite delivery.
  • Ensure cost-effective products and services are providedto the business with consistent quality.
  • Review monthly orders and consumption.
  • Qualify incoming goods upon receivingregularly.
  • Analyze past and future inventorydemand volumes, inventory trends and make forecast to minimizewastages or surplus.
  • Reconcile and analyze allorders and ensure optimal inventory and operationalrequirements.
  • KeyRequirements :

  • Diploma or equivalentwith minimum two years experience as purchase officer.
  • Strong written and verbal communicationskills.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcingtechniques to provide cost savings while maintainingquality.
  • Meticulous and strong analyticalskills.
  • Initiative, analytical and strong innegotiation.
