Duties andresponsibilities :
Assist in the monitoring of an online works requestsystem. Monitoring contractors and in-house staff providingfacilities and maintenance services
Perform,document, and record Estate Property Inspections and Hazard RiskAssessments for both residential and office.
Arrange and record third party testing, i.e., water, gasinstallations, electrical installations, lift installations,etc.
Support Corporate Services in sourcingexternal quotes and related documents for maintenance works. Liaisewith external contractors when on site.
Assistwith preparing a work schedule for a team of technicians andcleaners on a day-to-day basis.
AssistingCorporate Services in preparing budget estimates for rectificationworks for future spends.
Completion ofH&S safety due diligence, record data, and meetingcompliance requirements.
Raise requisitionsand purchase orders for goods and services through the in-housemanagement tool.
Support the monitoring andspend profile on small works, store items, and supplies.
The above list is not exhaustive and the jobholder will be required to be flexible and take on other ad hoctasks as required, including participating in the Embassy emergencyplanning and any response to a crisis.

Essential qualifications,skills and experience
Minimum of 2years of experience in a facilities and / or maintenanceenvironment.
Knowledge of Health &Safety procedures.
Excellent communicationskills. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Proficient in use of MS Office applications.
Strong analysis, organisational, and time managementskills.
Desirable qualifications,skills and experience
Holds arecognised Facilities Management qualification and / or Technical orRelevant Trade Qualification
NEBOSH / IOSHqualification
Valid UAE drivinglicence
