Performance Management Analyst

Location : Abu Dhabi

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : University Degree holder in HR, Business Administration, Organizational

Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent with 8-10 years experience in HR and related experience in

managing and effective performance management system. PC literate, with knowledge of MS Windows

packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good knowledge of English and Arabic. Should possess Analytical,

Project Management skills, Coaching and leadership skills, Interpersonal and communications skills

with an awareness of different cultures, with good Presentation and training skills. Driving license

preferred. ROLE : To develop and implement best performance management policies and processes to

support the Company's corporate values, business strategies (Balanced Scorecards) and objectives. To

contribute to other HRM efforts and projects aimed at development of comprehensive and integrated

HRM system in order to promote recruitment, development and reward of best performers. Salary :
