Meeting and greeting all visitorsin a professional, courteous manner and providing high level ofcustomer service by being vigilant, alert, proactive, approachableand responsive to the needs of the guests / club members at alltimes.
Advising guests on membershipplans and actively promoting guests / club members use of club houseservices and facilities.
Receiving,screening and transferring calls from designated telephoneswitchboard in a courteous and professional manner.
Managing club members accounts, ensuring that arecord is kept of all proceedings of the club and be responsible ofthe safe-keeping of such records.
Keeping all administrative files and correspondence of the club upto date.
Ensuring weekly cleanlinessinspections has been carried out throughout the club house and makesure standards have been met.
Takingover certain responsibilities of Admin Department as and whenrequired. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who meetthe below requirements
