Job Description

Our client a leading Insurance Semi Government Company based in UAE is in search of "Branch Manager" (General Insurance) for Abu Dhabi & Sharjah location : Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage and monitor branch operations and sales performance
  • Set up sales targets, plan, develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and profitability
  • Manage & develop sales force at the branches to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
  • Management reporting on operations and performance. Job Requirements and Qualifications :
  • Possess at least a university degree in marketing, business management, insurance or other similar qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in managing branch operations in insurance
  • Must have experience of managing a direct sales team selling General & Health Insurance products
  • Sound knowledge of life & family products
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills
  • Has UAE market experience and understand market demographics
  • Possess excellent communication skills both verbal & written
  • Highly organized and good with analytical skills. Location : Abu Dhabi & Sharjah Language :
