1) Conducting Application trainingto customers
2) Supporting sales team during technicaldiscussions with customers
3) Conductingdemonstrations, evaluation & presentations.
4)Assisting customers with validation studies for accreditationpurposes
5) Communicate with customers and provideapplication support via phone or when needed.
1) Coordinate with the sales team toknow more about competition and provide argumentation in ascientific way
2) Assist sales teams during technicaldiscussions
3) Coordinate with service team to knowinstallation status and plan training accordingly.
4)Prepare training certificates for customer training attendees
5) When a new technical information is received from theprincipal company, transfer of this information internally to allconcerned persons especially when there is a new version ofsoftware or incompatibility between instruments or any otherrelevant information.
