Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfullymanaging the sales team
Design and implement astrategic business plan that expands company’s customerbase and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting,objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of salesrepresentatives
Build and promote strong, long-lastingcustomer relationships by partnering with them and understandingtheir needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reportsand realistic forecasts to the management team
Identifyemerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of newproducts and competition status
Initiate work processesto enhance business growth.
Prepare financial budgets,reports, and statements relating to the real estatebusiness.
Real EstateSales : 4-5 years (Preferred) Location : Dubai (Preferred)
Develop a strong team of agents and network.
Motivate the team of agents to close sales.
Develop effective training programs that teach agents howto acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing andcomplete paperwork for the sale.
Stay Informed on RealEstate Industry.
Attend meetings, seminar andconferences to expand the industry knowledge and developprofessional networks.
Helping team membersreach their full sales potential is the main objective of a realestate sales manager, and the ability to support and motivate salesagents is essential to success at this job.
Must plan and implement sales objects and evaluate salesperformance to ensure goal accomplishment.
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Real estateindustry, along with years of experience managing a team
Excellent in communication and negotiationskills
Must need to have strong interpersonalskills.
Strong work of ethics.
