Office Coordinator Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone email incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails social media whatsapp and packages Answering phone calls transferring callers as appropriate Greeting customers and visitors to the office ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel Managing schedules of office activities and kids transportation Perform other clerical and administrative duties such as filing photocopying and printing Filing and organizing records other important documentation Taking short videos and photos for marketing use and communicating to parents Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment and maintenance Keep the reception area tidy and pleasant
