Job Summary :
A reputable company in Dubai is seeking to hire a Front Desk / Admin Assistant
The Front Desk / Admin Assistant will greet and welcome guests.
Answer screen and forward all incoming calls or keep messages.
Receive letters, couriers etc. and deliver them to concern person.
She will also Check, sort and forward mails.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary and also take up other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience :
The ideal applicant must have experience as front desk representative.
She should be familiar with office machines (fax, Printer etc.)
Good communication skills and fluent in English.
Computer skills (especially word and excel)
