Job Role : Operations Coordinator

Job Profile :

  • Assist Managers inday-to-day coordination and management of business operationalactivities.
  • Monitor, control and managebusiness operations to meet customer expectations and companygoals.
  • Liaise between various project teamsand management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure projectdelivery within allotted budget and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards andprocedures.
  • Build and maintain strongcustomer relationship through regular meetings andcommunications.
  • Evaluate current operationalperformance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
  • Provide direction and guidance to internal teamsto achieve performance targets.
  • Identifyproblems in operations process and resolve them in quickly andtimely manner.
  • Follow standard operatingprocedures for efficient business operations.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operationsdocuments / procedures for reference purposes.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in operational activities or anadministrative role.
  • Excellent communicationand people management skills.
  • Excellentorganizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability tomultitask and prioritize.
  • Self-starter withstrong problem-solving skills.
