Duties and Responsibilities : Determine recruiting requirement of the company through organization plan and objectives as well as meeting with the Department heads to discuss manpower needs.
Build applicant sources through constant contact & research of various channels such as employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet websites.
Determine requirement by studying the job description and qualification Attract applicants by posting Job Advertisement, contacting recruiter, and using newsgroups and job sites.
Source, screen and shortlist candidates against the predetermined role. Arrange managers interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicants.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Conduct complete and detailed reference and background checks of candidate who are suitable and qualified for the requirement.
Background checks shall include : o Review of the candidates technical ability. o Candidates work ethics, attitude and professionalism o Minimum of 3 references should be checked.
Manage new employee relocation. Negotiating with the Public Relations department for visa processing, and arrange housing arrangements if included in the offer.
reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
