RAKBANK is looking to hire a Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager To lead and maximize profitability of Commercial Banking division by managing the development, delivery, marketing and sale of Bank’s product and services to corporate businesses.
Proactively establishes, develop and maintains a team portfolio of commercial / corporate clients to ensure that new relationships or ongoing requirements of existing clients attain maximum revenue within acceptable risk profile requirements.
Setting of sales target, evaluate progress and ensure effective deployment of staff in order to enhance productivity
Monitors and maintains high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in order to ensure productive department workflow.
Builds peer support and strong formal internal relationships in order to optimize the effectiveness of the workforce.
Guides and promotes the exchange of information, sharing of intelligence and addresses key concerns and issues of staff to build a healthy work culture.
Identifies through account management potential defaulting accounts and investigates through closer management of the account cause for concern as recommends Senior management for appropriate remedial action
A good knowledge of the relevant policies, practices, processes and procedures
A good knowledge of the relevant products and services
Minimum 6-8 years of experience within relevant areas
Relevant professional and technical qualification
