Sagitec Solutions, LLC is in search of talented and motivated individual to lead Sales for the Middle East and Africa region.
Ideal person will be based at our Dubai United Arab Emirates office.
Sell Sagitec Products and Services and develops new account relationships for Pension, Labor and Employment, and Health and Life Sciences practices.
Solicits and maintains network of prospects.
Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell company products and / or services.
Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
Prepares and presents proposals to clients.
Negotiates, structures, and closes sales that meet customer expectations and Sagitec’s ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
Meets sales goals and objectives.
Sourcing and developing your own leads as well as utilizing leads from current database.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
5+ years of previous sales experience preferably for IT and Consulting services.
Experience in selling to Public and Private (Government and non-Government) organizations.
Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Arabic.
Requires solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.
Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
Ability to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferred.
Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally / externally), employees, clients, and public.
