Job Key Details

Handle largeamounts of inbound and outbound calls

Obtain theopportunity to up-sell products

Preserve a detailedknowledge of business processes as well as procedures

Determine customers' needs through clarifyinformation

Handle daily customer requests andinquiries during contact and make sure issues are accurately andpromptly escalated

Inform customers about new andexisting services

Respond to incoming calls andemails

Direct calls to appropriate personnel

Record all call information based on standard operatingprocedures

Give service information to customers

Job Qualifications and Experience

BachelorsDegree in any discipline

Experience in the same orrelated role required

Should be able to handlestressful situation appropriately

Strong computerknowledge including outstanding data entry and typing skills

Excellent telephone skills

Must have goodcustomer service skills

Good listening, verbal as wellas written communication abilities
