IT Service Desk Analysts are onthe frontline of customer support. They are focused on helping toresolve technical issues end users encounter, or connecting thoseusers with more intensive IT support, when needed.

Role Description : What You ll Be Doing

What You ll Be Doing

1. A Tier 1Service Desk Analyst typically takes the initial inquiry andmanages relatively simple hardware, software or networkissues

2. As Service desk analyst youwould be monitoring the Infrastructure events / alerts and alertingthe technical teams

3. As Service deskanalyst you would be monitoring the Ticketing queue and alertingthe technical teams

What We Are LookingFor

1. Typically requires a 4 year degreeand 1 2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalentrelated experience

2. Has no discretion tovary from established procedures

3. Has norelated work experience or has work experience but requires formaltraining in theories / concepts in own function

4. Works under close supervision
