Job Key Details :

Conduct office tasks including filing, organizing meetings as well as ordering supplies when necessary

Screen phones and routeers to appropriate personnel

Offer polite and professional assistance to interested persons

Manage all office files

Prepare regular office reports

Create and maintain a filing system

Perform other similar tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study

At least one () year of experience in conducting administrative services

Good organizational and planning skills

Good MS Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc

Fluency in English is a must

Must be organized and confident

Must have good knowledge of Tally ERP software
