Make sure data is properlyrecorded and entered into the system
Prepare and sharedata entry update reports
Confirm data in the systemsthrough rectifying, deleting and reviewing data and compiling datainto the computer systems
Follow company'spolicies and procedures for reporting any developments andchanges
Keep up up-to-date inventory and assetregister
Job Qualifications and Experience
Should hold a Degree or Diploma in any discipline
Atleast 1 year of data entry experience required
Expertise in Ms Office suite including Excel, Word and otherMicrosoft applications
Should be able to work underpressure with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
Must have good typing skills
Good communication andinterpersonal skills
