Urgent Hiring For Post Admin Assistant Cum Receptionist in Dubai We are Vin International FZCO, looking for an experienced ADMIN ASSISTANT CUM RECEPTIONIST for our Dubai Silicon Oasis office.
Job description and responsibilities : Your work area and responsibilities will be as follows : Reception desk handling Manage the telephone and email inquiries;
Day to Day operations of the office Filing office documents Maintain office expense ledger (in google or spreadsheet) Scheduling meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes;
Keeping diaries and scheduling appointments; Using variety of software packages, such as MS Word, Outlook, Power point, Excel, Access, etc.
To produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases; Prepare, Maintain and Follow up of invoices, bills, receipts and other payment vouchers.
Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts; Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment; Maintaining proper Asset register Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required;
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies); Update Human Resources databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves);
Payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves; Prepare paperwork for Human Resources policies and procedures;
Process employee’s requests and provide relevant information; Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes;
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies; Arranging in-house or external events;
Any other tasks given by the Management should also be carried out accordingly. We required Excellent communication skills Should be a graduate Minimum 2 years’ experience in same role in Dubai.
