JobDescription :

Overallresponsibility to skillfully navigate through the digital / off-linemarketing universe :

  • Be responsiblefor onsite experience, conversion rates, and general websiteperformance.
  • Be able to use Salesforce,DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc.
  • Be up to date with the latest trends and best practicesin online marketing.
  • Collaborate with internalteams to create landing pages and optimize userexperience.
  • Consistently monitor ROI acrossmarketing channels and segments.
  • Have provenexperience in marketing, campaigns, and use of most of thefollowing : display advertising, PPC, SEO, social media, print andTV.
  • Manage key relationships with all internaldepartments.
  • Manage and execute emailmarketing strategy by creating HTML emails.
  • Manage the company social media channels (Facebook,Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Managemarketing strategies across multiple global territories.
  • Manage CRM system.
  • Plan and executequarterly multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage theperformance against expected outcomes.
  • Participate in the budgeting process and provide feedbackon growth, marketing strategy.
  • Utilize stronganalytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experienceacross multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices inonline marketing and measurement.
  • Work withthe Copywriter to create onsite content.
  • Workwith Product and Marketing team to implement any website changesrequired.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting onwebsite and channel traffic.
  • Qualifications :

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teamsincluding web development, tech, sales and marketingoperations.
  • Degree in Marketing(bachelor’s degree).
  • Experienced(min of 3+ years) in digital marketing (preferably in eCommerce)with deep knowledge of underlying concepts andtechnologies.
  • Excellent analyticalskills.
  • Financial awareness and good budgetaryabilities.
  • Must be organized, detail orientedand focused.
  • Professional fluency inEnglish.
  • Qualified member of the CIM orequivalent.
  • Understanding of either Property,Technology or Finance / Fintech Industries (as a benefit).
