a primary and secondary care services Job Summary To be a key member of the Human Resources team and assist the Operations HR Manager in developing and executing Human Resources strategy Summary of essential job functions include the following other duties may be assigned by management 1 Assist in the performance management function 2 Closely monitor the handling of personal files and document processing 3 Support each business with respect to attendance records and communication of leaves 4 Confer with Government Relations Manager on optimizing prevailing labour law regulations to obtain and process employment visas at the pace of business requirements 5 Communicate Legal Labour requirement updates to Executive Management 6 Ensure that Business Heads conduct regular review meetings with team members to monitor performance goals and achievement of business objectives 7 Ensure suitable and qualified UAE candidates are considered for vacant jobs within Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas 8 Ensure all employees are treated fairly and equitably in line with the companies policies and ensure a suitable complaint handling mechanism is setup and effectively maintained 9 UAE Nationals Onboarding -

Source suitable applicants Screen interview select and engage candidates for approved positions up to C3 Liaise and follow up with Government Relations Department on visas sponsorships transfers for new joiners 10 Assist in the sending of mid-

term or end-of-probation forms letters to relevant Heads to be returned to the Operations HR Manager on a timely manner 11 Manage the issuance of confirmation letters to employees who have successfully completed their probation period 12 Act as the primary enquiry point for all UAE National employees up-

to and including C4 raising queries with regard to their employment terms and the Company personnel policies 13 Assist in exit interviews for all UAE National staff who leave the Companys employment identify the key reasons and if appropriate make recommendations to CEO Operations HR Manager to remedy the situation 14 Adhoc projects as requested by the Head of human Resources Company Profile : Majid Al Futtaim
