Responsible for the structures of the budget and reporting process.

Regularly report on progress of the scope of work (sales outcomes, order booking, query pipeline), both internally & & towards HQ, in a structured and meaningful way.
Take leading function in month-to-month Forecast meetings together with Supply Planning to take decision on purchase dedication to factories.
Support internal departments like Logistics, Supply chain, SBU’s & & HR on their particular requests regarding sales outcomes and instructions.

Monitor competitor activities in markets and develop concepts for increased competitiveness
CRM & & Leads Management :
Work together with Sales teams on sales improvement actions such as brand-new account development, building and construction tasks information utilization, supplier Order forecast, sales campaigns, lost project analysis, stockpile analysis, improving product allotments
Process Improvements & & Training :
On the basis of vital assessment, make propositions for procedure design and enhancements in CRM software that will cause simplification, optimization and performance.

Coach and Manage SPL experts and interns through regular SPL jobs.
Manage sales coordinators, dotted line reporting on regular SPL jobs like sales & & scheduling follow up, MSM preparation, Budget cycle preparation.
